Job DescriptionDo NOT easy apply on LinkedIn. You will not get a reply.

NRead everything. Follow every instruction. That's the first test.

NWhat You Will Write:

NNot blog posts. Not captions. 30-60 second video scripts that build authority and generate leads for an Australian marketing agency and its founder's personal brand. Every script has one job: make a business owner stop scrolling, watch to the end, and think "I need to work with this guy."

NYour job:

N

n
- Write short-form video scripts (30-60 seconds) for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
N
- Write in both English and Hinglish (the Hindi-English mix Indian professionals in Australia actually speak)
N
- Follow a proven framework: Hook → Tension → Proof → Reframe → CTA
N
- Direct, authority-driven tone. Not motivational. Not educational.

Proof-led.

N
- Research topics yourself using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) and turn insights into filming-ready scripts
N
- Deliver ~20 scripts permonth across two brands
N
- Write like two friends talking business at a cafe, not a presenter on a stage
N

nYou'll work insidean existing content system with locked frameworks and style rules. Your job is execution and original angles within that system — not reinventing the strategy. If you need creative control over strategy, this isn't for you.

NYou Must Have:

N

n
- Native-level fluency in English and Hindi
N
- Published short-form scripts — words that got filmed and posted, not documents in a folder
N
- Understanding of what stops a scroll in the first 3 seconds
N
- Natural Hinglish writing — not translated English
N

- Robust AI-assisted research skills
N
- Ability to deliver 5+ scripts per week without quality dropping
N
- Understanding of content funnels: TOFU (awareness), MOFU (trust), BOFU (conversion)
N

nEven Better If:

N

n
- You've written for personal brands or agency founders
N
- You understand the Indian immigrant business owner audience in Australia
N
- You've studied Alex Hormozi, Sabri Suby, or Neil Patel — and can tell authority content from motivational noise
N
- You write with real business data and case study numbers
N
- Every word in your scripts earns its place
N

nDo NOT Apply If:

N

n
- You only write long-form content or blogs
N
- You can't write naturally in Hinglish
N
- You think motivational quotes are good content
N
- You need a detailed brief for every script
N
- You copy trending formats instead of creating original angles
N
- You think more words means better content
N

nThe Deal:

NWork directly with an Australian agency founder

N

n
- Contract role. Fully remote. Paid per batch of scripts.
N
- Start: ~20 scripts/month across two brands. Scales up if the work is good.
N
- No fixed hours. Deadlines matter, timezones don't.
N
- Your scripts get filmedand posted every week across Australian social media
N

- Consistent quality = consistent work = first call when we scale
N

nHow to Apply:

NTalk is free. Work is proof. Your application IS the interview.

NEmail: [email protected]

NSubject: STORM — Script Writer — [Your Name]

N(No STORM in the subject = you didn't read = no reply.)

NSend these 5 things:

N1. Resume. One page only.

N2. Past work — mandatory.3 short-form scripts you've written that were filmed and posted. Send links to the live videos, not just documents. If nothing you've written has been published, don't apply yet.

N3. Our test brief — complete, filming-ready. Write a 45-second script in Hinglish:

N"An Indian business ownerin Australia spent $160 per lead running his own Facebook ads. An agency took over and got the same leads for $30 each. Same budget. 5x the results."

NHook must stop the scrollin 3 seconds. Full structure — Hook, Tension, Proof, Reframe, CTA. Send what you'd hand a founder to film tomorrow, not a draft.

N4. One research-led script — your topic, your angle. Pick any topic relevant to Australian service business owners (local SEO, lead follow-up, agency red flags, presale strategy — your call). Research it yourself. Deliver a complete authority-style script. This proves you can go from zero to filming-ready without hand-holding. That's the actual job.

N5. One sentence: What makes your writing different from every other script writer?

NIncomplete applications get no reply. ChatGPT-sounding template scripts get no reply. We know the difference.

NGood work = reply within 2 days.
