- Handle customer queries through voice support for international customers.
- Assist customers with account-related concerns, billing, payments, and service requests.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and offers.
- Handle complaints and escalations professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.




- Maintain accurate customer records and follow process guidelines.
- Meet defined quality, productivity, SLA, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling where applicable.
