NRequirements:
NMandatory: 1–5 years of Paint Industry experience.
NStrong experience in Retail Sales / Dealer Sales.
NHandle dealers, retailers, painters and contractors.
NAchieve monthly sales andrevenue targets.
NDevelop current dealers and expand market coverage.
NConduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities, pricing and schemes.
NManage orders, stock availability and collections.
NGood communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
NDindigul/Thanjavur / Kumbakonam market experience preferred.
NWillingness to travel extensively within the territory.
