We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to develop and manage our offline retail network for fashion accessories and jewellery.

What you'll do

- Conduct on-field visits to retailers and introduce our products
- Build strong relationships with fashion, jewellery and accessories retailers
- Present products professionally and manage retail displays & merchandising
- Drive B2B sales, orders and repeat business
- Understand retailer requirements and provide suitable product solutions
- Handle retailer queries, objections and day-to-day problem solving
- Track market trends, competitor products, pricing and customer preferences
- Provide practical market feedback to improve products, combos and displays

What we're looking for
- Proven experience in field sales / B2B sales, preferably in fashion, jewellery, accessories, lifestyle or retail




- Strong knowledge of the local retail market
- Good product understanding and sales ability
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Confident, presentable and comfortable meeting retailers face-to-face
- Down-to-earth, practical and solution-oriented personality
- Strong understanding of retail display and merchandising
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently in the field

Location: Bhopal / Madhya Pradesh Type: Full time / Field Sales
