- Build, hire, and lead a high-performing Product Support team

- Drive knowledge transfer and offshore transition from U.S. teams

- Own ticket triage, escalations, SLAs, and resolution performance

- Create support processes, playbooks, and knowledge bases

- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams

nWhat We're LookingFor

n
- 8+ years in Product/Technical Support or Service Delivery
N
- 3+ years managing multi-tier support teams
N
- Experience building or scaling offshore support functions
N
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
N
- Healthcare Technology, Healthcare RCM, or SaaS experience preferred
