Role Description The Hiring Part-time Engineering Mathematics with Aptitude and Python Web Development Trainer will design and deliver training sessions for learners on engineering mathematics, quantitative aptitude, and Python-based web development. This full time, on-site role in Noida involves preparing structured lesson plans, developing training materials and practice assignments, and conducting interactive classroom sessions aligned with industry standards.

The trainer will assess learner performance through tests, projects, and practical exercises, provide constructive feedback,



and support learners in building job-ready skills. The role also includes collaborating with the training coordination team to refine curricula, participate in batch planning, and ensure consistent quality in learning outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly and engage diverse groups of learners.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to teach engineering mathematics, aptitude problem-solving, and logical reasoning effectively.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan training schedules, manage multiple batches, and track learner progress.
- Candidates should possess foundational Manufacturing Engineering and Mechanical Engineering knowledge to contextualize mathematical concepts for engineering applications, where relevant.
- Proficiency in Python programming and web development frameworks (such as Django or Flask) and experience building and deploying web applications.
- Prior experience as a trainer, faculty member, or corporate instructor in engineering mathematics, aptitude, or software development is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline from a recognized institution.
- Ability to use digital tools for content creation (presentations, code repositories, learning platforms) and to adapt teaching methods to different learning levels.
