Role Description This full-time Hiring Manager role is based on-site in Coimbatore.

The Hiring

Manager will oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, including job requirement analysis, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection across multiple domains. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and client stakeholders, managing hiring pipelines, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The role also involves monitoring service quality, maintaining recruitment metrics, and providing training and guidance to junior recruiters.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Hiring and Recruiting skills, including experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for collaborating with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess a focus on Service Quality, ensuring consistent and qualified recruitment delivery.
- Candidates should possess Training capabilities to mentor and develop junior recruiters or team members.
- Relevant experience in recruitment or staffing, preferably across IT and specialized technical domains.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and basic MS Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
