Job DescriptionL3 - TKG and Kong

NKey Responsibilities

- Manage and support TKG clusters across Non-Prod, UAT, Production, and DR environments.
N
- Troubleshoot Kubernetesissues related to pods, nodes, networking, ingress, storage, and RBAC.
N
- Install, configure, andmanage Kong API Gateway, services, routes, plugins, and certificates.
N
- Support Kong HA setup, upgrades, backup, rollback, and performance tuning.
N
- Configure monitoring and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Jaeger.
N
- Handle production incidents, RCA, failover, and DR activities.
N

nRequired Skills

n
- Strong experiencein TKG and Kubernetes administration.
N
- Hands-on experience with Kong API Gateway.
N
- Solid Linux and scripting knowledge.
N
- Experience with Docker,Helm
N
- Good understanding of SSL, API security, certificates, and RBAC.
N
- Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.
N

nPreferred Skills

- Experience with VMware vSphere, NSX, AVI, and Harbor.
N
- Knowledge of Istio, microservices, and service mesh.
N
- Exposure to banking or enterprise environments.
N
- Familiarity with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Redis.
