NWe are looking for a proactive and technically capable IT & Digital Operations Executive to support our day-to-day IT infrastructure, servers, e-commerce platforms and business systems.

NThis is a broad, hands-onrole covering IT support, servers & cloud, hosting, e-commerce, business systems, integrations, data & reporting and digital operations.

NThe role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning recent systems and taking ownership of tasks from identification through to resolution.

NKey Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day IT support for computers, printers, Microsoft 365, user accounts, software and connectivity issues.

- Support Windows Servers, cloud/VPC environments, web servers and email servers, including routine administration, monitoring and troubleshooting.
N
- Work with WHM/cPanel, web hosting, domains, DNS, SSL certificates and email configuration.
N
- Assist with networking,LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, IP configuration and connectivity troubleshooting.
N
- Support Microsoft 365, mailboxes, permissions and other cloud services.
N
- Manage and support day-to-day e-commerce website and online platform operations.
N
- Support ERP and other business applications, including troubleshooting and coordination with external providers.
N
- Monitor and troubleshoot system integrations, APIs and data flow between different platforms.
N
- Test website and systemchanges and coordinate with developers, vendors and technical support teams through to resolution.
N
- Use Excel and data for analysis, reconciliation and management reporting.
N
- Support website content, email marketing and other digital activities.
N




- Maintain technical documentation and records of systems and ongoing issues.
N
- Research and evaluate new software, services and technologies.
N
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, improve processes and reduce manual work.

nWhat We Are Looking For

N

n
- 1–3 years of experience in IT, systems support, digital operations or a related technical role.
N
- Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and Excel.
N
- Basic understanding of Windows Server, cloud/VPC environments and server administration.
N
- Familiarity with WHM/cPanel, web hosting, domains, DNS, SSL and email hosting.
N
- Understanding of networking concepts including LAN, VPN, firewalls and IP addressing.
N
- Understanding of websites and e-commerce platforms.
N
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
N
- Ability to learn unfamiliar systems and technologies quickly.
N
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow issues through to completion.
N
- Good written and verbalcommunication skills.
N
- Comfortable using modern AI tools for research, troubleshooting and productivity.
N

nExperience with e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, APIs, XML/JSON, SQL, automation or reporting tools would be an advantage but is not essential.

NThe Opportunity
