? About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Officer (BDO) who can help us identify current business opportunities, connect with potential clients and contribute to the growth of the company.

You don't need to have years of experience to apply.

? Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, email, cold calling and networking.
- Connect with business owners, founders, professionals and decision-makers.
- Understand prospects' business requirements and challenges.
- Present and explain Vision Organiisation's services.
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings with potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Prepare proposals and assist in commercial discussions.
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Explore referral and strategic partnership opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team during the client onboarding process.
