Job DescriptionJob Title: FUNDRAISING MANAGER (Retail & Institutional Partnerships)
NJoin Diya Ghar and help build partnerships that create lasting impact for children.
NKey Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage with CSR companies, foundations, HNIs & donors
N
- Drive fundraising and crowdfunding campaigns
N
- Develop proposals and deliver persuasive pitches
N
- Handle donor reporting,compliance and documentation
N
- Collaborate with Program and Finance teams
N
- Lead and manage a team of ~ 10 members
N
nRequired Skills:
N
n
- 5+ years experience in CSR fundraising/partnerships
N
- Excellent communication, writing & negotiation skills
N
- Project management & attention to detail
N
