Key Responsibilities

Product Design

- Understand product requirements, business goals, and user needs to create effective design solutions.
- Own the end-to-end product design process from discovery and research to design and implementation.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing when required.
- Create user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and information architecture.
- Design modern, intuitive, and consistent UI for SaaS/web applications.
- Convert UX concepts and wireframes into high-fidelity designs.
- Create responsive designs and interactive prototypes.
- Develop and maintain design systems, components, and design patterns.
- Ensure consistency across the overall product experience.

Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders.
- Provide design specifications and support development handoff.
- Review implemented designs and ensure they meet the intended UX/UI.
- Balance user needs, business requirements, and technical feasibility.

Required Skills & Experience




- 4-7 years of experience in Product Design / UI-UX Design.
- Experience with SaaS, B2B, enterprise, or technology products preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Strong understanding of both UX and UI design principles.
- Experience with user research, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI.
- Experience designing web applications, SaaS platforms, dashboards, or complex digital products.
- Strong visual design and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of responsive design, usability, and design systems.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Solid Product Design/UI-UX portfolio with relevant case studies.

Good to Have
- Experience in a B2B SaaS / Product-Based company.
- Experience with FigJam, Miro, Jira, or Confluence.
- Knowledge of product analytics, usability testing, or A/B testing.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Exposure to AI-assisted design tools.
