Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound & outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp and follow-ups.

- Counsel students for UG & PG / Study Abroad programs.
- Understand student profiles, career goals and requirements.
- Recommend suitable courses, universities and study destinations.
- Handle queries, objections and guide students through the admission journey.




- Convert leads into successful applications/admissions and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update leads through CRM.
- Build strong relationships and ensure a smooth student experience. ? Requirements ✅ Minimum 1+ Year experience in Sales / Counselling ✅ Any Ed-Tech sales/counselling experience is acceptable ✅ UG/PG counselling experience preferred ✅ Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi ✅ Solid convincing, negotiation & objection-handling skills ✅ Target-oriented and comfortable working 6 days a week
