- Experience working withlarge and complex datasets

- Strong business acumen,strategic thinking, storytelling, and communication skills

- Ability to work closelywith Business, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams

- Design and analyze A/B tests, experiments, and quasi-experiments

- Apply statistical methods to derive actionable business insights

- Build and/or deploy machine learning models as required

- Analyze complex datasets and identify meaningful patterns

- Present data-driven insights to business and senior stakeholders

- Develop scalable and reusable measurement frameworks
N
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making
