NCambridge Montessori Pre School, a brand of Jalsa Ventures Pvt. Ltd., is expanding its preschool network across India, and we're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager – Franchise Sales to be part of that growth.

NThis is a high-impact, client-facing sales role for someone who enjoys building relationships, speaking with entrepreneurs and investors, negotiating deals, and taking opportunities from the first conversation through to franchise onboarding.

NYou'll work closely with our leadership, marketing and operations teams to identify new markets, develop prospective franchise partners and help establish new Cambridge Montessori centres across the country.

NWhat you'll be doing:

- Identify and qualify prospective preschool franchise partners and business opportunities.

- Manage the complete franchise sales cycle — from initial enquiry and consultation to negotiation, closure and onboarding.

- Conduct compelling franchise presentations, business meetings and investment discussions.
N
- Understand prospective partners' requirements and guide them through the Cambridge Montessori franchise opportunity.
N
- Build long-term relationships with entrepreneurs, investors and education professionals.
N
- Develop and execute strategies for expansion into new cities and markets.
N
- Work towards monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
N
- Coordinate with our marketing, operations and academic teams as new franchise partners come onboard.
N
- Maintain an organised sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.

- Represent Cambridge Montessori at exhibitions, conferences, seminars and networking events where required.

nWho we're looking for:

NWe're looking for someonewho is commercially minded, persuasive and comfortable owning a sales pipeline.

NYou should have:

- 2–4 years of experience in franchise development, business development or sales.
N
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
N
- Confidence engaging with business owners, entrepreneurs and investors.
N
- A target-driven mindsetand the ability to take ownership of opportunities from lead to closure.

- Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
N
- Experience in education, preschool, B2B, franchising or EdTech is preferred.
N
- MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred, but not essential.
N
