NThe MEPF BIM Coordinator will responsible for delivering the mechanical, Process, Piping, fire and Plumbing engineering through BIM processes at Project level or at discipline level

NKey Responsibilities

nModel Coordination and Management:

NAssists in developing andmaintaining BIM models according to project standards and the BIM Execution Plan.

NCoordinates model exchanges between different disciplines (architectural, structural, Civil, Infrastructure, mechanical, Process, Piping, fire and Plumbing etc.).

NPerforms model quality checks, identifying and reporting issues.

NConducts clash detection and supports the resolution of conflicts

NProcess Support:

NSupports BIM Manager in creating and maintaining BIM standards and guidelines.

NProvides technical support to project team members using BIM software.

NHelps with the implementation of BIM workflows and processes

NDocumentation and Communication:

NCreates and maintains BIMdocumentation, including model reports, and meeting minutes.

NPreparation SOPs and format for drawing extraction, drafting standards & BOQ etc.





NReview model extracted drawings as part of IDC and design QA process

NCommunicates with projectstakeholders incldung client, discipline modelers & lead engineers, Project coordinator & Project manager regarding BIM-related issues and updates.

NTraining and Knowledge Sharing:

NAssists in training current team members on BIM software and project-specific procedures.

NShares knowledge and bestpractices with team members to improve BIM proficiency.

NQualifications

nBachelor's degree in Mechanical or any relevant Engineering

NDesired Skillsets

- Proficiency in BIM software, particularly BIM 360, ACC, Revit, Autoplant 3D, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.

- Understanding of MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation, Piping, Fire & Plumbing) systems.

- Experience with clash detection and model coordination

- Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Knowledge of construction processes is a plus.

- BIM certification is a plus.
