Key Responsibilities

- Handle and process Jewellery Insurance Claims from registration to settlement.
- Manage Fire & Property Insurance Claims, including documentation and follow-ups.
- Coordinate and conduct meetings with insurance companies and surveyors regarding claims.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with insurance companies and surveyors.
- Follow up tactfully with insurance companies, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure claims progress smoothly.
- Ensure required work and documentation is completed tactfully and efficiently while maintaining professional relationships.
- Coordinate with clients and provide clear updates regarding claim status, requirements, and documentation.
- Handle client queries professionally and maintain positive communication and rapport with clients.
