NRole Overview

nThecandidate will be responsible for generating B2B leads, managing customer relationships, coordinating orders, and handling customer queries and complaints. The role requires strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.

NKey Responsibilities

- Generate and convert B2B leads through calls, networking, market research, LinkedIn, and other channels.
N
- Identify potential distributors, retailers, corporate clients, institutions, cafés, restaurants, and other B2B customers.
N
- Handle product enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order-related communication.
N
- Maintain relationships with existing B2B customers and drive repeat business.
N




- Respond to customer queries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
N
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, production, and finance teams for smooth order fulfilment.
N
- Track orders, dispatches, deliveries, and customer issues.
N
- Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with the internal team.
N
- Maintain customer, sales, enquiry, and complaint records.
N
- Prepare basic sales/customer support MIS and reports.
N
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
N

nRequirements

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
N
- 1–3 years of experiencein B2B sales, customer support, business development, inside sales, or account management.
N
- FMCG/Food & Beverage experience will be preferred.
N
- Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
N
- Strong sales, negotiation, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.

- Proficiency in MS Exceland basic reporting.
N
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple teams.
