Edify Education, Kompally, Hyderabad is looking for an experienced Assistant Admission Manager with strong expertise in K-12 school admissions, parent counselling, lead conversion, and enrollment management.

Manage and drive the end-to-end K-12 school admission process.

Conduct regular school visits to understand admission performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Interact with students and parents regarding school programs, curriculum, facilities, and admission procedures.

Handle admission leads and ensure effective lead conversion.

Drive admission and enrollment targets across assigned schools.

Conduct training sessions for school admission teams on counselling, lead management, follow-ups, and conversion techniques.

Conduct regular admission audits across schools and identify gaps in the admission process.





Develop and implement strategies to improve student admissions and enrollment.

Monitor lead funnel, conversion ratios, follow-ups, and admission performance.

Follow up with prospective parents and maintain solid relationships throughout the admission journey.

Coordinate with academic and school teams to ensure a smooth and effective admission process.

Prepare and maintain admission reports, lead data, conversion reports, and performance updates.

Identify best practices and implement them across schools to improve admission outcomes.

Required Candidate Profile

Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and counselling skills.

Strong understanding of the K-12 school admission process.

Ability to analyze admission data and develop strategies to improve conversions.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
