About the Role

We are looking for a Healthcare Operations Executive to join our core team and provide backend operational support to US-based medical practices and healthcare providers.

This is a semi-voice healthcare operations role involving regular communication with patients, healthcare teams, and clients. Strong English communication skills are essential.

What You’ll Do

- Provide backend support to US medical practices
- Handle patient coordination and follow-ups
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Assist with insurance verification and referrals
- Manage medical records, documentation, and other administrative tasks
- Support healthcare providers with day-to-day operational activities
- Communicate with patients and US healthcare teams through calls, email, and other channels
- Learn and work with different healthcare software and systems

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent English communication skills – mandatory
- Comfortable speaking with patients and US healthcare professionals
- Willing to work in a US night shift
- Good computer and documentation skills
- Ability to learn healthcare processes and software




- Responsible, organised, and willing to take ownership of tasks
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- Healthcare/medical administration experience is an advantage

- Work from office only – Coimbatore
- No remote work opportunity
- US night shift only
- No morning shift is available
- No cab/transport facility
- The salary mentioned is take-home salary
