This job is not for those with 15–25 years of experience but still cannot generate and deliver sales and ask for 3 months time​

It's a direct distribution model without distributors, company to consumer

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

- Identify & Sell TMO Ready-to-Cook & Ready-to-Eat products to QSRs, hotels, restaurants, cloud kitchens & institutions.
- Meet 25+ prospects daily and convert them into paying customers.
- Demonstrate how TMO helps reduce manpower, kitchen workload, preparation time & operating costs.
- Build a strong QSR/HORECA customer base and repeat orders.
- Recruit and lead a sales team as business expands.
- Come with a transparent 30-day ₹12L sales plan on joining.
- Take ownership of sales delivery, customer acquisition, collections, repeat orders and team performance.

WHO WE WANT Hands-on sales performer with proven QSR/HORECA/FMCG/Food/Frozen sales experience.

Existing Hyderabad QSR/HORECA contacts are a major advantage.

We are looking for:



Contacts + Conversion + Execution + Accountability.

Salary: ₹50,000 per month, with a 10% monthly hike for next 6 months.

Sales Targets: ₹12 Lakhs in Month 1, ₹18 Lakhs in Month 2, ₹24 Lakhs in Month 3, ₹30 Lakhs in Month 4, ₹36 Lakhs in Month 5, and so on.
