About Us Cosma Fertility is an IIT Bombay-incubated women's healthcare startup based in Noida. We've built India's first non-hormonal fertility support product (FertiGen) — currently in clinical trials with 90+ doctor partners and a growing patient base. You'll own the digital sales pipeline — from the moment a lead comes in (WhatsApp, Meta ad, Instagram DM, website inquiry) to the moment they purchase FertiGen and come back for their second cycle.

You're not doing cold calls to strangers. You'll work closely with the telecalling team, the field BD team, and the CRM system. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead Management & Conversion (60% of your time) Own the full digital lead pipeline: inquiry → qualification → teleconsult booking → doctor consult → FertiGen purchase → 30-day follow-up → cycle-2 retention Book teleconsults and doctor consultations — coordinate timing with the medical team CRM & Pipeline Tracking (25% of your time) Keep the CRM updated in real-time — every lead has a status, every status has a next action, every next action has a date Flag stuck leads to the team:



"This lead has been at consult-booked for 5 days — what's the blocker?" Work with the Meta/performance marketing team to give feedback on lead quality — "leads from this ad set aren't converting because X" WhatsApp & Digital Communication (15% of your time) Manage WhatsApp Business conversations — personalised, warm, medically appropriate responses (not copy-paste templates for everything) Share relevant content (doctor videos, patient testimonials, product info) at the right stage of the funnel Coordinate with the content team on what messaging is working and what isn't 2–4 years in digital sales, inside sales, tele-sales, or lead conversion — you've taken inbound leads and turned them into paying customers ~ WhatsApp-native — you're comfortable running sales conversations on WhatsApp, not just calls.
