: The Head of Product role involves leading the product vision, strategy, and execution for IoT-enabled and AI/ML-powered energy efficiency solutions. The role includes defining product roadmaps, building and leading high-performing teams, translating customer needs into features, and driving partnerships and growth. It also requires system evaluation, stakeholder management, and alignment of product strategy with corporate growth.

- B.Tech in Engineering ,and M.Tech in Engineering , MBA

Job Responsibilities:
- Set Vision & Roadmap: Define, evangelize, and execute a long-term product strategy rooted in IoT, AI/ML, and automation.
- Lead DeJoule's roadmap and elevate product practices across SJPL.
- Build & Lead Teams: Mentor and inspire a high-performing product team, fostering innovation, ownership, and customer-centricity.
- Deliver at Scale: Partner cross-functionally to bring world-class solutions from idea to deployment, ensuring adoption, impact, and continuous improvement.
- Stay Market-Centric: Translate customer needs and market trends into breakthrough features, predictive insights, and automation capabilities.
- Drive Partnerships & Growth: Shape global expansion, partnerships, and funding opportunities with compelling product narratives and positioning.
- System Evaluation & Improvement: Evaluate the current development and deployment strategy of SJPL's Building Management System (BMS) by visiting client sites and conducting detailed analysis.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-level leadership to align product strategy with corporate growth.
- Support sales, partnerships, and marketing with product narratives, positioning, and launches.

Candidate Attributes

- Hunger to make a positive contribution to the planet.
- 10+ years of product leadership experience, including 3–4 years in a Head of Product / senior product leadership role.
- Proven expertise in scaling SaaS, IoT, and AI/ML-driven products.
- Strong ability to set vision, define strategy, and translate into actionable roadmaps.
- Excellent people leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a start-up or in start-up-like conditions with volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity (bonus).
- Work experience in HVAC or Allied Industries (bonus).
