We are Looking Marketing Head .

- 15-20+ years of progressive Marketing leadership experience, with robust exposure to Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, D2C and Omnichannel business growth.
- Proven experience in building and scaling digital-first brands and e-commerce businesses across marketplaces and owned digital channels.
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and other relevant marketplaces, along with D2C platforms and website-led commerce.
- Expertise in performance marketing, paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, influencer marketing, CRM, retention and customer acquisition.
- Proven track record of driving online revenue, ROAS, CAC, conversion, traffic, customer engagement and digital brand visibility.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce P&L;, marketplace management, pricing, promotions, cataloguing, online merchandising and digital sales analytics.




- Experience in developing integrated digital + offline marketing strategies to build brand equity and accelerate business growth.
- Strong command of Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, marketplace analytics and marketing automation/CRM tools.
- Experience in Kitchenware, Cookware, Utensils, Consumer Durables, FMCG, Lifestyle or D2C brands preferred.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related discipline preferred.
