We are looking for a senior-level marketing skilled who can take complete ownership of our content marketing and organic lead-generation function.

Core Target

Build a system capable of generating 1,000+ qualified organic leads every month.

Responsibilities

- Create and lead the organic growth strategy
- Build content acquisition funnels
- Lead SEO and social media growth
- Develop high-intent content campaigns
- Establish lead-generation systems
- Analyse marketing data and customer behaviour
- Identify and scale high-performing channels
- Set monthly growth targets and KPIs
- Build processes and a high-performing marketing function

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can also execute. This is a results-oriented position. The focus is not simply on publishing content, but on building a predictable organic lead-generation engine.

Pay: ₹24,087.78 - ₹87,978.86 per month
