Experience : 6 to 8 years in manufacturing HR, with at least 2 year handling a factory workforce independently

Talent acquisition — full cycle for workers, staff and (with the Director) senior hires

Payroll & time office — biometric attendance, overtime rules, wage calculation, contractor bill verification

Statutory compliance — Factories Act, Contract Labour (R&A;) Act, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Shops & Establishment, POSH committee

Industrial relations — worker grievance handling, discipline, show-cause and domestic enquiry procedure, contractor management

Performance management — KRA sheets for every role, half-yearly review cycle, increment and promotion framework

Training & skill development — operator skill matrix with the Plant Head, multi-skilling plan, annual training calendar

Administration — canteen, transport, uniforms, security, housekeeping, welfare facilities

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
