Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and execute international business strategies for Hi Fashion Women's Wear Garments in the USA market.
- Collaborate with merchandisers to create buyer communication plans, including product development, pricing, and inventory management.
- Oversee export marketing activities such as trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage relationships with buyers through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 15-24 years of experience in apparel industry with expertise in clothing/women's wear/garment manufacturing/export house/buying house/export merchandising.
- Preferred Candidature: Candidates who have prior work experience in Delhi NCR and are willing to relocate to Chennai.
- Diploma or degree in Fashion Designing/Other Designing from a recognized institution.
- Solid understanding of international business principles applied to the apparel industry.
