Purpose/Objective

Purpose/Objective The Head – Finance is responsible for overall financial leadership of the business, ensuring strong financial governance, strategic planning, compliance, and effective capital management in alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with business goals.

- Lead the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring strategic use of capital resources.
- Manage and optimize funding, including overseeing financing strategies, debt, equity, and other capital sources.
- Ensure comprehensive management of Joint Venture (JV) partnerships, including assurance and governance standards.
- Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including tax planning, risk management, and compliance.
- Lead the preparation of financial reports and deliver insights to the executive team.
- Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team,



ensuring continual professional growth and alignment with company objectives.
- Implement and manage robust internal control systems to safeguard financial assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with business outcomes.

Technical Competencies

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications and Experience • Chartered Accountant (CA) - 1st Attempt is mandatory.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience in funding management and JV partner governance within the defense or aerospace industry is a solid advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial strategy, budgeting, and risk management.
- Proven track record of managing complex financial operations and compliance.
