HEAD ACCOUNTANT

Daamaira Home & Living | New Delhi | Work From Office

Salary: ₹4.5 – ₹5 LPA

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Daamaira Home & Living is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an experienced Head Accountant who can take complete ownership of our accounts and finance operations.

We are looking for someone who is punctual, responsible, hardworking and willing to grow with the company.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands accounting beyond just making entries and preparing reports.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions
- Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts
- Manage GST, TDS and other statutory compliances
- Handle GST returns, reconciliations and filings
- Manage bank, vendor, customer and payment reconciliations
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain purchase, sales, expense and payment records
- Manage inventory and accounting reconciliation
- Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks and other financial stakeholders
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and payments
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables
- Verify invoices, expenses and supporting documents
- Handle accounting for D2C / e-commerce operations, including marketplace and payment gateway reconciliations
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records
- Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them proactively
- Support management with accurate financial information for business decisions

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation and accounting principles
- Experience with Busy / Tally / accounting software
- Experience handling complete accounts independently
- Prior experience with e-commerce / D2C businesses will be preferred
- Good understanding of bank,



payment gateway and marketplace reconciliation
- Strong Excel skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Strong attention to detail
