n - Customer Service Executive - Fresher
nCandidate will serve as customer service executive resolving customer queries in line with the client and business guidelines. Individuals with experience in handling Inbound calls from US/UK customers.
nWork Experience & Qualification criteria:
n

- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - with a skilled telephone etiquette
n
- Helpful,
empathetic, and enthusiastic about customer service
n
- Freshers in US/UK Inbound calling preferably in Banking domain
n
n

n
- Answer all inbound queries as per call flow procedure.
n
- Adherence to process to ensure high quality and customer service.
n
- Follow escalation procedures for issues uncontrollable at agent level First call resolution.
n
- Break schedule adherence.
n
- Involvement in motivational activities, implementing feedback given during monitoring sessions.
n
- Updating various logs like escalation log, complaint tracker etc.
n
- Ensuring data security - proprietary data of customers
n
n
