Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the gynecology department, ensuring comfort and safety.

- Assist gynecologists during examinations and procedures, maintaining a sterile and organized workplace.

- Monitor and document patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and progress, ensuring accurate clinical documentation.

- Educate patients and their families on post-operative care, treatment plans, and preventive health measures.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, observing for any adverse reactions.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

- Offer emotional support and guidance to patients dealing with gynecological health issues.

- Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing necessary support and interventions.

- Maintain updated knowledge of gynecological nursing practices and participate in continuous education opportunities.
