The Fitness Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the fitness floor, managing trainers, ensuring excellent member service, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the fitness team and personal trainers.

- Ensure members receive professional guidance and excellent customer service.

- Conduct fitness assessments and recommend suitable workout plans.

- Monitor trainer performance, attendance, and productivity.

- Achieve personal training and fitness revenue targets.

- Handle member concerns and ensure timely resolution.

- Maintain gym equipment and coordinate maintenance when required.

- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.

- Organize fitness challenges, workshops, and member engagement activities.

- Train and mentor staff to improve service quality and performance.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

- Coordinate with Sales, HR, and Management for smooth operations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree (preferred).

- Certification in Fitness Training or Personal Training (preferred).

- 2–5 years of experience in gym or fitness center management.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.

- Member satisfaction and retention.

- Personal training revenue achievement.

- Team performance and attendance.

- Current PT conversions and renewals.

- Equipment maintenance and operational efficiency.

- Resolution of member complaints within defined timelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
