Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Build good relationships with guests and provide personalized service.
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve guest requirements.
- Follow up on guest feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with VIP and special-occasion arrangements.
- Maintain guest preferences and service records.
- Promote hotel facilities and services when appropriate.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
