Role Description The Growth and Customer Engagement Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This role is responsible for driving user acquisition, repeat rentals, and customer loyalty through both online and offline initiatives.

Day-to-day activities include planning and executing customer engagement campaigns, managing communication across digital channels, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and helpful manner. The specialist will analyze customer behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for service improvements and growth, collaborate with operations to ensure a smooth rental experience, and support local marketing activities and partnerships.



The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, preparing concise reports, and suggesting data-driven strategies to expand DSLRSWALA’s customer base.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person and through digital channels.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms, with interest in running engagement campaigns and promotions.
- Comfort with data tracking and simple analysis to interpret customer trends, campaign performance, and engagement metrics.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customer conversations, campaign activities, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Enthusiasm for photography, videography, or creative equipment is an advantage, along with a willingness to learn about new gear and rental processes.
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, collaborate within a small team, and adapt to a fast-moving, customer-focused setting.
