Role OverviewWe’re building ideas that don’t just communicate - they move people, shape brands, and drive impact. We’re looking for a Group Head - Copy who can lead thinking, elevate storytelling and build a culture of powerful, insight-led creativity.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the copy function across brands, campaigns, and platforms - from big ideas to execution
- Own creative thinking on key accounts, ensuring work is sharp, relevant, and differentiated
- Translate brand strategy into compelling narratives, campaigns and messaging systems
- Partner closely with design, strategy and client teams to deliver cohesive creative output
- Mentor and manage a team of copywriters, building both craft and confidence
- Drive consistency in tone, voice, and storytelling across all brand touchpoints
- Review and refine content to maintain high creative standards and attention to detail
- Present ideas confidently to internal stakeholders and clients




- Balance creativity with business impact - ensuring work delivers on objectives

Qualifications

- 6-8 years of experience in copywriting/creative roles (agency experience preferred)
- Proven experience leading teams and owning creative output for multiple brands
- Solid portfolio showcasing social campaigns, brand storytelling, and integrated work
- Sharp understanding of digital, social, and content ecosystems
- Ability to think conceptually and execute with equal strength
- Strong communication and presentation skills

Bonus Skills

- Experience working with AI-assisted content or new-age creative tools
- Understanding of performance marketing and content optimization
- Exposure to brand building, tone of voice frameworks, and messaging systems
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments without compromising quality
