Role Description This is a full time, on-site Graphic Designer & Video Editor role based in Delhi. The role involves designing visual assets for digital and print, including social media creatives, presentations, and marketing collateral aligned with brand guidelines.

The Graphic

Designer & Video Editor will conceptualize and produce video content, including editing, motion graphics, and basic animations for campaigns, thought leadership, and brand storytelling.





Responsibilities include collaborating with consulting and marketing teams to translate business strategies into clear visual narratives, maintaining consistent branding across all touchpoints, and preparing files for production or publishing. The role also requires staying updated on design and video trends, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Strong graphic design skills, including Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, impactful visual communication.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, with a focus on developing and maintaining cohesive brand identities.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout design, ensuring readability, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
- Hands-on expertise with industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to edit and produce videos for digital platforms, including basic motion graphics and sound integration.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video projects, preferably in consulting, B2B, or growth-focused environments.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
