Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer & Video Editor role based in Chennai. The role involves designing digital and print creatives, including social media graphics, website assets, presentations, and marketing collaterals aligned with brand guidelines. The person in this position will create and refine logos, visual identities, and layouts, ensuring consistent branding and effective visual storytelling.

Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing and executing video content, editing footage, adding motion graphics, sound, and effects, and optimizing videos for multiple platforms.



The role also requires close collaboration with marketing, content, and client teams to understand campaign objectives, adapt creatives based on feedback, and deliver projects to deadline with high quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics for digital and print media.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain visual identities.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout design for transparent, engaging communication.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
- Ability to translate briefs into creative concepts and deliver polished visuals and videos within timelines.
- Attention to detail, visual consistency, and understanding of design principles, composition, and color theory.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback constructively.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communication, Media, or a related field; a strong portfolio showcasing graphic and video work is required.
