We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong visual sensibility and AI-assisted creative capabilities to join our creative team and help build high-quality visual communication across digital and brand touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-quality creatives for social media, website, campaigns, product launches and digital marketing
- Design social media posts, Reels covers, Stories, website banners, campaign creatives, emailers and other digital assets
- Translate brand concepts and campaign briefs into strong visual executions
- Maintain consistency in PERCH’s visual language, typography, composition and overall brand aesthetic
- Work closely with the marketing, content, social media and photography teams on creative requirements
- Create and adapt creatives for different platforms and formats
- Develop AI-assisted visual concepts and campaign assets using relevant generative AI tools
- Use AI tools for ideation, image generation, background creation/replacement, visual exploration and creative enhancement
- Combine AI-generated assets with real product photography while maintaining product accuracy and visual consistency
- Create premium,



editorial and fashion-focused visuals rather than generic AI-generated content
- Explore new AI workflows and tools to improve creative speed, output quality and production efficiency
- Assist with photoshoot concepts, moodboards, campaign references and visual direction
- Retouch and enhance product/lifestyle imagery when required
- Create multiple creative variations for performance marketing and social media testing
- Ensure all final creatives are commercially usable, polished and aligned with brand guidelines

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a fashion, lifestyle, D2C or consumer brand
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, composition and visual hierarchy
- Robust portfolio demonstrating digital and brand creatives
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools
- Ability to write effective prompts and refine AI outputs into production-ready creative assets
- Strong understanding of AI image generation, image manipulation and creative compositing
- Good understanding of social media and digital-first design formats
- Strong attention to detail, especially around product accuracy, proportions, colours, fabrics and garment details
- Ability to work on multiple briefs and deliver within timelines

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
