Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Work Mode: On-site

Work Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (MON-FRI)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer with 5 to 10 years of experience in a Design Agency or Design Division of any reputed Companies. The ideal candidate must have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in commercial branding and marketing collateral design projects.

This role demands a deep understanding of brand identity, corporate presentations, business and marketing collateral design and development. The candidate must be proficient in industry-standard design software and able to deliver high-quality visual solutions that align with brand objectives. Candidates from Navi Mumbai, Mumbai and Thane region are preferred.

The selected candidate will undergo a six-month probationary period, during which their performance and skill set will be evaluated. Upon satisfactory completion of the probationary period, the candidate will be offered permanent employment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and execute brand identity manuals and corporate branding projects.
- Design engaging corporate presentation decks, social media creatives and marketing collateral such as flyers, stationery, packaging, banners, Event branding and wall communications for space branding.
- Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and deliver impactful visual designs.
- Ensure consistency in brand representation across all design materials.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

- Expertise in CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and After Effects.
- Should be able to understand and decode the design brief




- Strong understanding of commercial branding projects and design principles.
- A well-curated design portfolio demonstrating past branding and marketing projects is a must.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE CRITERIA:

- Candidates from Navi Mumbai, Mumbai and Thane areas will be given preference.
- Must be comfortable with an on-site work format.
- Must be ready to travel to office.
- Candidate must have minimum 5-10 Years of Commercial Design Experience.
- Prior experience in a Creative Design Agency or a reputed company is preferred.
- Commercial Design Portfolio is essential to qualify.

- After receipt of the assignment, if it’s found satisfactory the candidate shall be called for the interview.

SALARY OFFERED:

- Probation Period – 28,000/-
- Permanent Employment – 30,000/-
