About the Role

Planning Labs is hiring Graphic Designers to create work across digital marketing, events, exhibitions and brand communication. Freshers with strong portfolios and experienced designers are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Design social media creatives, digital advertisements, posters and marketing collateral.
- Create event backdrops, exhibition graphics, standees, invitations and signage.
- Develop presentation layouts and campaign concepts.
- Adapt designs across different sizes and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
- Prepare accurate print-ready and digital files.
- Work with content, client servicing, 3D and production teams.
- Incorporate feedback and deliver work within agreed timelines.
- Check spelling, alignment,



image quality and artwork dimensions before delivery.

What We Are Looking For
- A robust sense of typography, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; CorelDRAW or InDesign is an advantage.
- Understanding of print and digital artwork requirements.
- Ability to interpret briefs and explain design choices.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Freshers may submit academic, personal or internship projects.
