Graphic Designer — Full-Time | Remote

About EMAC ONE

EMAC ONE is a Dubai-based B2B performance marketing agency. We work with businesses on digital marketing, performance campaigns, websites, branding, content and business growth systems.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team remotely from Kerala.

This role is suitable for someone whose strength is design and creativity, but who also wants to learn and grow beyond graphic design into digital marketing.

What You’ll Work On

- Social media creatives
- Meta and Google Ads campaign creatives
- Branding and visual identity work
- Website and landing-page visuals
- Presentations and marketing materials
- Basic video and motion creatives
- AI-assisted creative work
- Creative concepts for different businesses and campaigns

As you grow with us, you’ll also get exposure to areas such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, content marketing, websites, AI tools and campaign performance.

What We’re Looking For

- Good creative thinking and visual sense
- Understanding of typography, layout, colour and composition
- Ability to develop original ideas instead of depending only on templates
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Affinity, CorelDRAW or similar tools
- Interest in digital marketing and advertising
- Willingness to learn new tools and skills
- Ability to manage your work and deadlines in a remote environment
- Positive communication and teamwork

Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads or digital marketing is an advantage, but it is not mandatory. Experience with AI tools for design, content or creative work is also an advantage.





Freshers Can Apply

We are open to freshers and early-career designers.

We do not require a particular degree or certification. Your portfolio, creative ability, attitude and willingness to learn matter more.

A portfolio is required to apply.

Location

This is a fully remote position.

Candidates from anywhere in Kerala can apply. Candidates based in or around Thrissur, Palakkad and Kochi will be preferred.

Salary

Starting from ₹15,000 per month, depending on skills, portfolio and experience.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a small creative evaluation task so we can understand their design thinking, creativity and approach to a brief.

Any evaluation task will be used only for recruitment assessment and will not be published or used commercially by EMAC ONE.

The selected candidate will begin with an initial probation/evaluation period.
