Craftizen Innovation Challenge (CIC) is an initiative of Craftizen Foundation that brings together craftspeople, designers, architects, and industry to explore new possibilities for traditional Indian crafts. We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can help translate these ideas, stories, and initiatives into strong visual communication across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

● Create engaging and visually coherent graphics for presentations, social media, website, digital campaigns, and other communication materials for CIC.

● Develop visual content that communicates the story, process, people, crafts, and outcomes of the Innovation Challenge.

● Work closely with Craftizen Foundation’s Social Media and Communications team to develop content for digital platforms.

● Support the creation of campaign creatives, announcements, event communication, partner communication, and promotional materials.

● Develop and maintain visual consistency across CIC’s communication and branding.

● Create presentation decks, infographics, posters, invitations, brochures, and other graphic communication as required.

● Work with the programme team to translate ideas, concepts, briefs,



and programme information into compelling visual narratives.

● Support graphic design requirements across other Craftizen Foundation projects and initiatives, as needed.

● Collaborate with programme, communications, and external partners to understand requirements and deliver designs within timelines.

What We’re Looking For

● Strong understanding of visual communication, typography, composition, and layout.

● Ability to translate ideas and information into clear, thoughtful, and engaging visual narratives.

● Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, or equivalent.

● A good eye for detail and visual consistency.

● Ability to work independently while being comfortable collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

● Interest in craft, design, culture, sustainability, innovation, or social impact would be an advantage.

Experience: 1–3 years / Freshers with a solid portfolio may also be considered.
