Role Description The Graphic Designer will work full time on-site at the Puducherry, India office, collaborating closely with the design, marketing, and development teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating visual assets for web and mobile interfaces, social media campaigns, and marketing materials, as well as designing logos, icons, and brand elements that align with client requirements and brand guidelines. The role involves developing and refining design concepts, selecting appropriate typography and color schemes, and ensuring consistency across all digital and print touchpoints.

Designer will participate in brainstorming sessions, adapt designs based on feedback, and prepare production-ready files while meeting deadlines and maintaining high visual standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually compelling digital and print assets.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to develop cohesive brand identities and marketing collaterals.
- Solid understanding of Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability in diverse layouts.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Ability to translate briefs into creative concepts, work within brand guidelines, and adapt designs for multiple platforms.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback and work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, strong time management, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant design work.
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
