Job Summary:

Octaga Green Power & Sugar Company is seeking a Graphic Design Executive to join our creative team. The role involves designing promotional materials, packaging, digital assets, and supporting branding and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and refine high-quality creative posters, ads, banners, stickers, labels, packaging artwork, and digital creatives using original concepts and ideas.
- Prepare print-ready files with accurate dimensions, bleed, and color settings (CMYK).
- Modify and edit existing label and packaging designs according to client requirements.
- Edit short-form and promotional videos as needed.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in layout, fonts, colors, text, and branding elements.
- Coordinate with production and printing teams to ensure flawless final output.
- Maintain strong visual consistency, brand aesthetics, color harmony, and overall design quality.
- Apply expertise in color grading, layout, typography, and core design principles.
- Maintain high design standards and consistency across all projects.

Software Proficiency (Mandatory)

- CorelDRAW – primary tool for high-quality outputs.
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator




- Video editing – basic skills in Premiere Pro.
- Canva
- AI-based design tools

Skills & Competencies

- Strong creative thinking with the ability to generate ideas independently.
- Fast execution while maintaining attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of design aesthetics, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with alcohol or premium lifestyle brands is a strong plus,

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in graphic design (preferred, but freshers can apply).
- Robust expertise in CorelDRAW (mandatory).
- Experience in sticker/label and packaging design/editing.
- Basic knowledge of printing processes and CMYK workflows.
- Certification in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with production/printing teams.
