We are looking for motivated and technically skilled Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) to join our engineering team. The selected candidates will receive practical training and work closely with experienced engineers to understand plant operations, production processes, maintenance activities, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Position: Graduate Trainee Engineer (GTE)

Department: Engineering / Production / Maintenance / Quality

Experience: Fresher / 0–2 years

Education: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Mining, Electronics, & Instruments

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior engineers in daily engineering and operational activities.
- Monitor production, equipment performance, and maintenance activities.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance work.
- Prepare daily production, maintenance, inspection,



and operational reports.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical problems and implementing corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, safety, and other departments.
- Follow standard operating procedures, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
- Inspect equipment, machinery, tools, and work areas as assigned.
- Maintain engineering records, checklists, and documentation.
- Participate in improvement projects and productivity initiatives.

Pay: ₹340,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
