We're hiring for a Premium International Voice Process with leading MNC BPO clients in Bengaluru.

Job Role: Customer Service Executive International Voice

Location: Bellandur / Koramangala / Whitefield, Bengaluru

Work Mode: Work From Office

Shift: US / UK Night Shift

CTC: Up to 6 LPA + Performance Incentives

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls for US/UK clients.
- Perform customer verification and account validation.
- Resolve customer queries with First Call Resolution (FCR).
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team.
- Update CRM with accurate customer interaction details.
- Meet CSAT, AHT, and Quality targets.

Eligibility

- Undergraduates & Graduates.
- Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in US/UK night shifts.




- Basic computer knowledge.
