Role and Responsibilities:

Assist in day to day production and manufacturing operations on the shop floor. Support execution of mechanical and electrical maintenance activities. Work closely with senior engineers on process improvement, quality control, and machine troubleshooting.

Maintain documentation, reports, and production data. Ensure compliance with safety standards and SOPs. Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations. Learn and apply core engineering concepts in a live industrial environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

BE, B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 2024 to 2026 pass outs preferred. Freshers welcome, basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks or CNC is a plus. Solid willingness to learn and work in a shop floor or plant environment. Good communication and problem solving skills. Willingness to work in shifts if required. Only Mechanical and Electrical Engineering candidates will be considered, IT and CSE candidates need not apply.
