Role Description

We are looking for a Graduate Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is designed for fresh engineering graduates and early-career professionals interested in manufacturing, production, maintenance, projects, quality, process engineering, utilities, automation, plant operations, and continuous improvement.

The Graduate Engineer will work closely with production, maintenance, engineering, quality, projects, utilities, EHS, automation, supply chain, and other operational teams to support day-to-day plant activities, equipment performance, process improvement, troubleshooting, documentation, data analysis, and engineering projects.

The role may involve working with industrial machinery, mechanical and electrical systems, instrumentation, process equipment, utilities, preventive maintenance, root-cause analysis, safety practices, engineering drawings, automation systems, ERP tools, and contemporary manufacturing technologies depending on business and plant requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Final-year engineering students who are completing their degree and are available for full-time employment may also apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, maintenance, projects, quality, process engineering, utilities,



plant engineering, automation, operations, or related engineering roles can apply.
- Candidates currently working as Graduate Engineer, Graduate Engineer Trainee, GET, Junior Engineer, Trainee Engineer, Production Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Process Engineer, Plant Engineer, Project Engineer, Quality Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Automation Engineer, or Site Engineer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from manufacturing, FMCG, food processing, agro-processing, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, automotive, engineering, industrial equipment, energy, utilities, infrastructure, or other process and manufacturing industries are welcome.
- Basic understanding of engineering fundamentals, manufacturing processes, plant operations, industrial equipment, and maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, compressors, boilers, heat exchangers, valves, piping systems, or similar plant machinery will be beneficial.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, motors, panels, drives, MCCs, transformers, sensors, control systems, or industrial electrical equipment will be advantageous.
- Exposure to instrumentation, PLC, SCADA, DCS, industrial automation, sensors, transmitters, actuators, or process-control systems will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, equipment inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance planning.
- Familiarity with engineering drawings, P&IDs;, process-flow diagrams, equipment layouts, technical manuals, specifications, or standard operating procedures will be advantageous.
- Understanding of root-cause analysis, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, CAPA, problem solving, and continuous-improvement techniques will be beneficial.
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Six Sigma, or other operational-excellence practices will be considered an additional advantage.




- Basic understanding of production planning, process monitoring, productivity improvement, equipment efficiency, downtime analysis, and operational performance.
- Familiarity with quality-control concepts, inspection, process compliance, documentation, traceability, and corrective-action processes will be beneficial.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety, PPE, permit-to-work systems, lockout/tagout, hazard identification, risk assessment, and safe engineering practices.
- Exposure to utilities such as steam, compressed air, water systems, refrigeration, HVAC, power distribution, or industrial utility systems will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, ERP, SAP, CMMS, MS Excel, Power BI, or similar engineering and analytical tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of engineering calculations, data analysis, reporting, documentation, and preparation of technical reports.
- Exposure to project execution, installation, commissioning, equipment erection, vendor coordination, procurement support, or site activities will be considered an additional advantage.
- Ability to monitor equipment and process performance, identify abnormalities, and assist with technical troubleshooting.
- Good analytical, numerical, logical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with production teams, technicians, operators, supervisors, engineers, vendors, and cross-functional departments.
- Willingness to learn plant processes, machinery, safety procedures, maintenance systems, and manufacturing technologies.
- Willingness to work in an on-site manufacturing environment and support plant operations as required.
- Internship, industrial training, academic project, manufacturing project, maintenance project, automation project, production project, quality project, CAD project, or plant-based training will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full-time industrial experience can apply.
- Strong willingness to build a career in manufacturing, plant engineering, operations, maintenance, production, projects, quality, automation, or process improvement.
