GIS Application (Lead Preferred candidate profile )

i.Qualification: Bachelor's degree in ComputerScience, GIS, or any other engineeringwith Masters/MBA ii. Experience:

a. 15 years (At least 10 years as GIS Project Manager/Application Development Manager).

b. Workexperiencein successful Implementation ofatleast2 city/statelevel GIS Projects.

iii. Certification: OEM Certification of the proposed solution iv. Skillset of GIS Application Lead CGIS Architect)

Shall have Strong experience in GIS platform, and orientation toward, solution design, project management and structured system development methodologies.

Proficient with GIS Web Application Programming Interfaces (APIS) and Software Development Kits (SDKs) and a strong understanding Of GIS and database fundamentals.

Familiarity with GIS Platform design, development & management; knowledge of GIS- relevant programming and scripting methods.

Typical Knowledge

Knowledge & working experience of Smart city & ICT related applications Knowledge of GIS softwares & GIS Enterprise Platform

Knowledge of CAD software

Role & responsibilities of GIS Application Lead

Responsible for monitoring of overall GIS applications development, State wide GIS Platform development and Integration with other City wide & State wide applications.

Responsible for developing strategy for recent tools and modules development related to Smart City Solutions.

Shall manage GIS project team members

Responsible for GIS Web & Mobile Application development for cities. Responsible for integration Of City wide application to the State wide GIS Platform.

Responsible for Integrating with GIS application with ICOP Platform Responsible for developing GIS application for predictive analysis. Responsible for designing applications as Architect.

Design user interface and technical infrastructure for web based products and services

Design and implement hardware/software configurations appropriate for use with Enterprise GIS solutions.
