Key Responsibilities

- Assist surgeons and medical teams during surgical procedures.
- Prepare the Operation Theatre before scheduled procedures.
- Ensure surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies are available and properly prepared.
- Assist in patient preparation before surgery.
- Maintain strict infection-control and hygiene standards.
- Handle and maintain surgical instruments according to hospital protocols.
- Assist with intraoperative nursing procedures.
- Monitor and maintain patient safety throughout the surgical procedure.
- Perform proper documentation and maintain nursing records.
- Assist with post-operative transfer and patient care.
- Ensure proper sterilization and handling of surgical equipment.
- Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthetists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow hospital policies, safety regulations, and professional nursing standards.

Eligibility Criteria
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.




- Valid nursing registration.
- German language proficiency – B2 level completed.
- OT / Operation Theatre experience is preferred.
- Good clinical knowledge and nursing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in Germany and adapt to the German healthcare setting.
- Candidates should be willing to complete the required professional recognition/licensing procedures in Germany.
